About the tiling for your bathroom and rooms remember some tips and ask yourself…

 tiling

•    What type of tiles do you prefer?
Ceramic, stone, glass and metal tiles are all cost effective surfaces that will provide a versatile hard wearing finish that is unaffected by water, does not hide dust, and are easy to clean.
The bathroom tiles can also be ideal for kitchens as they are extremely hard wearing, easy to clean and unaffected by floods and slip-resistant.
Remember, using a darker flooring makes your bathroom look larger.

•    What colours, sizes and shapes of the tiles do you like and how they can be mixed with other ones to create unique designs to suit all budgets and styles?
Consider the newest trends and your own preferences.

•    Did you think of the tiles texture? They can also make a big impact.
Matt, silk or gloss tiles, bumpy, un-filled travertine, polished natural stone or porcelain and glass tiles all provide different effects and capture light differently.
Natural stone mosaics could be used to create an interesting feature and add interest for both walls and floors.

•    Do you want your kitchen to look monotonous?
Remember, another common mistake is assuming that the tiles must co-ordinate with the worktops. Make sure your tiles contrast against the doors and do not worry too much about how they look with the worktops. The tiles should be either a lighter or darker shade to the doors.
Be brave and use tiles to focus attention by using contrasting accent colours to create interest.

With underfloor and undertile heating becoming popular we are also seeing a huge demand for tiles in other rooms, conservatories, halls, dining rooms and lounges.
We will help you to make the decisions. All our staff are trained to answer your tiling questions and advise you. Just give us a chance!
